Nancy's Bio

Nancy Orlen Weber, RN (Ret.), Medical Intuitive, Psychic Detective, and Animal Communicator
Nancy Orlen Weber’s life and work have been shaped by a lifelong fascination with healing, intuition, creativity, consciousness, and the invisible threads that connect all living things.
A former registered nurse, psychic detective, medical intuitive, ordained minister, author, animal communicator, educator, and speaker, Nancy has spent more than 50 years helping people and animals reconnect with deeper levels of awareness, resilience, healing, and inner wisdom. Her work has reached more than 100,000 people and animals worldwide through workshops, investigations, media appearances, private consultations, teaching programs, and public speaking.
Although many people know Nancy through her work as a psychic detective featured on Netflix’s Psychic Investigators and other documentaries, television programs, podcasts, and radio shows, her deeper passion has always centered around understanding the human spirit and helping others discover their own inner guidance.
Nancy’s journey into teaching began unexpectedly in 1975, when students encouraged her to begin offering workshops after experiencing the warmth and insight she naturally shared with others. What began as small gatherings evolved into decades of teaching, both in the United States and internationally, on topics including intuition, healing, creativity, visualization, trauma recovery, consciousness, meditation, holistic health, and animal communication.
As a child, Nancy was shy and often uncomfortable speaking publicly. Writing became one of the ways she explored her inner world and slowly found her voice. Since her teenage years, she has written poems, prayers, reflections, and stories on anything she could find—napkins, sticky notes, notebooks, scraps of paper, and diner placemats. Over time, writing, introspection, and her growing belief that all life is interconnected helped her break through the shell of fear and self-doubt.
That deeply personal journey became one of the foundations of her book Soul Detective: How to Solve the Inner Mystery of You, a work born not only from experience but also from catharsis, healing, and a desire to help others navigate their own inner struggles with greater compassion and understanding.
Nancy is also the author of The Life of a Psychic Detective, Nature Speaks, and the forthcoming illustrated spiritual fantasy Milagros and the Golden Light. Her work bridges practical life experience with spiritual exploration, inviting people to consider the possibility that intuition, creativity, healing, and wonder are natural parts of being human.
Today, Nancy continues to teach virtual workshops, speak internationally through online events and media appearances, and inspire audiences with conversations that blend humor, warmth, resilience, and thought-provoking insight.
Her message remains simple:
We are far more connected, intuitive, creative, and capable than we have been taught to believe.
“If you have a soul, you’re invited.”
